R - REASONS FOR FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE

In this session, participants will: 

  1. Explore standard definitions of financial independence

  2. Define financial independence in their own terms

  3. List the reasons to be financially independent

  4. Explore the reasons holding them back (limited beliefs)

  5. Identify and relate to the stages of financial independence

MODULE 2. SEPTEMBER 14, 2019: 9:00A.M TO 1:00P.M

E - ESTABLISH FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE NUMBER

Here, the participants will:

  1. Calculate their financial freedom number (passive income – expenses)

  2. Establish and stick to a practical budget

  3. Explore various strategies to save money, plan and capitalize on the various savings accounts at Citizens Trust Bank

  4. Learn to analyze and develop debt elimination plans

MODULE 3. SEPTEMBER 21, 2019: 9:00A.M TO 1:00P.M

T – TAX STRATEGIES

In this module, participants will:

  1. Calculate taxable income

  2. Identify how taxes effects financial independence

  3. They will be exposed to the best tax strategies to reduce their tax burden

  4. Will be exposed to investments that will be tax-friendly

  5. Review tax returns and plan future taxes

  6. Introduce participants to the best tax specialists in the community

MODULE 4. SEPTEMBER 28, 2019: 9:00A.M TO 1:00P.M

I – INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT

Investments are the #1 areas where participants will obtain financial independence quickly and faster.  Here, they will learn:

  1. Why investing is crucial to financial independence

  2. Explore investment options (ie. Stocks, mutual funds, bonds, business ownership and side hustles)

  3. Analyze and choose the best investment strategies for financial independence

  4. Monitor investment portfolio annually

  5. Learn, practice and apply the rule 72 and compound interest

  6. Investment resources within the community (CITIZENS TRUST BANK)
